Dear fellows,
I've seen a couple of papers where they develop deep-learning methods to analyse immunohistochemistry images from biopsies in order to detect cancer cells.
I would like to know if there is anything similar for the analysis of immunofluorescence intensity in confocal images of mouse brain sections.
Any help is welcome!

Hello,
there's for example a program called ilastik (http://ilastik.org/) which can be trained to classify any types of (microscopy) images, such as immunofluorescence images. Maybe that can help you.
