Is there is a website or database currently available with comprehensive information about dual-specificity kinases able to phosphorylate Serine, Threonine and Tyrosine residues? Recommendations or links will be very much appreciated. I would like to find out if my kinases of interest may act as a dual-specificity kinase. I'm interested in human and mouse kinases.

Not sure if there is a "database" but you should be aware that the "dual specificity" of kinases is somewhat context- and substrate-dependent. Examples of kinases that phosphorylate both Ser/Thr and Tyr residues are:
The MAPKKs - MEK, MKK3, MKK4, MKK6, MKK7 - these are highly tied to their downstream kinases (ERKS, SAPK/JNKS and p38 MAPKs). There is some evidence that these have preferences for Thr or Tyr but will phosphorylate both if other kinases are not present.
GSK-3 and DYRK are tyrosine kinases just once in their lives when they phosphorylate themselves. After that one dalliance with tyrosine, they become strict ser/thr kinases. See PMID 17188038 and PMID: 20197545 I wouldn't classify them as dual specificity for this reason as they are incapable of phosphorylating exogenous substrates on tyrosine.
Not sure there are too many other examples. Are you sure your kinase is "pure" and doesn't have associated activities?
