I want to know if there is a relation between heat transfer rate and local inclination angle of a body, for flow past bodies at hypersonic or high supersonic flows? Like Newtonian methods which gives relation for pressure coefficient and local inclination angle.

(1) To the best of my knowledge, we can say that there is relationship with heat transfer rate and local inclination of the body (here I mean the local shape of the body). However, it is not a direct relationship. You may or may not agree on the following statement.
(2) Indeed, in convection heat transfer mode, the local heat transfer rate is dependent of local flow velocity and turbulence which can in turn be influenced by the local inclination of the body (the local shape of body). Thus, we may say that there is relationship with heat transfer rate and local inclination of the body although it is not direct relationship.
(3) However, if you specially intended for the cases of hypersonic or supersonic flows, it is out of my knowledge.
it all depends on if the body is slender or bluff. The onset of separation and reattachment will highly influence the heat transfer rates. I think it will be difficult to suggest one unique relationship... The most applicable relations may be a Nusselt number versus local x reynolds number type correlation. If the local curvature is not that strong simple flat plate correlations may work for a while. I think a CFD based local approach is due for your question.

Generally, heat transfer (conduction, convection and radiation) depends on the projected surface area in contact with the temperature difference. Due to this convective and radiative are highly dependent on the configuration and view factors.
