I think NO, as most of the cultivars are regular bearer. For example, cultivar Kanchan (NA-4), is a heavy and regular bearer with medium sized fruits; similarly cultivar NA-7 is a precocious, prolific and regular bearer. For mare details please see the attached pdf.
