I guess the main problem here is: The geomagnetic field is a form of energy but if it were exactly static we could hardly use it in order to gain energy. We could produce magnets in a position and orientation which would result in enhanced potential energy (like a compass needle pointing somewhere else than north), and then release them and gather the energy difference while they drop to a lower potential (compass needle pointing north). But this were a one-time operation, and taking the energy spent for production into account, this turns out to be just a waste of energy.

Now you correctly speak of the electromagnetic field because it is changing, and changing fields are always composed of an electric and a magnetic part. So in principle, we could arrange large static coils, each coil axis about parallel to the magnetic field lines, and take the voltage induced by the changing field (and, if terminated by a load, the current) as usable energy. In contrast to the first case, this were an ongoing process.

But the rate of change of the magnetic field is very low (as compared, for example, to the changing magnetic field in a common electric generator). I never calculated an example (maybe I will in the next days, based on the World Magnetic Model (WMM2015v2) by NOAA), but I feel that this attempt, too, would take more material and initial energy (for production and setting-up) than the result is worth, as compared to existing methods of gaining sustainable energy. Sorry for being so pessimistic.

But perhaps you have quite another approach in mind? In this case, please elaborate on it or give us a pointer to an article.

I respectfully thank you for your concrete and documented response. From our documentation we have identified that there are pilot projects worldwide that can "multiply" the electricity consumed by the electromagnetic field. The great technological challenge is whether we can create an electric power generator using the electromagnetic field. Considering that global financial systems are constantly changing, the currency is being replaced by information through current technologies, and in parallel we consider that energy resources are subject to these great challenges, one of which is due to the use of the electromagnetic field.

Knowing sources and resources globally will help us respond to the 17 SDGs of UN Agenda 2030, energy being one of them.

Please, could you publish some links to the pilot projects you mentioned?

Speaking frankly, I don't have the faintest clue regarding financial and economic systems, neither global nor local, but I know something about electromagnetism. I don't know you but from the fact that and how you put this question here I infer that your knowledge is complementary to mine, and that your intention is to learn whether these pilot projects are basically feasible or not. Because, if they are not, the answer to your question is, of course, a plain: "No." However, if they are, you are back in the game, with the task to answer the question: "Is the solution economically acceptable?"

Obviously, we can find any claim on the internet (e.g. monthly crowdfunding campaigns by people who laudably intent to save the earth, unfortunately by inventing a perpetuum mobile). Now, "multiply the electricity" sounds fishy to me because one can amplify signals but this takes additional energy, but one certainly cannot amplify energy because this would violate the principle of conservation of energy which nobody could disprove until now. (I guess "consumed" is just a typo.)

But I could form a more valid (and perhaps more positive) opinion only after reading details of these projects.
