Abdul Aziz Tilapia fish is well renowned for its health benefits in terms of brain development, activation of the immune system, regulation of total cholesterol level and so on. However, there have been a few health concerns in terms of arsenic and mercury content in the fish which could lead to heavy metal poisoning. Therefore it is suggested to procure such fishes only from registered Tilapia farms with safe growth practices.
