Satabdi Samtani, cSEM package in R will generally correspond to SmartPLS. It is an easy-to-use and free software. However, SmartPLS will have some advanced features which are not yet available in cSEM.

Some of them include what has already been suggested by Mehmet Mehmetoglu Augustine Osei Boakye Long She Salah Ahmed thus, R, Amos, SPSS etc. But you can also check out STATA or LISREL. There are the cheapest alternatives to SMART PLS, I think the previous versions are free or so. Thank you.
