I am writing a paper about populism and social media and I found NodeXL. Is this a good option to analyse the party's platforms and the political leader's?
Keep in mind that it's my first research paper (I'm an undergraduate) and I'm looking for something user-friendly.

NodeXL is a good option for the purpose of your research, but I recommend Gephi Tool. Gephi is an excellent platform to work with Social Network Analysis, either with metrics or visualizations.
