at first which grade of Al alloy do you want to machining?
and by follow each grade of Al alloy need coolant because of BOE cheap formation on the cutting edge but each grade need special coolant
but I prefer use compressed air or N2 as coolant because of no pollution and cheapness of these gasses.

As for question regarding to the coolant: We use milling cutter with central coolant chanel that goes from machine shpindel inside the tool and then disturbed to the each cutting edge. And now we want to reduce Weight of the cutter by taking out some parts of the milling cutter body, which leads to non fully coolant support for PCD cutting edges.

Al 3XXX series is so soft and make BOE on the cutting edge
by me experience it is better use HSS TI coated or HSS Mo end mill or insert if it is possible
these tolls are so cheaper and also lower tendency to BOE formation on the cutting edge
by the way
u can use oil as coolant to reduce BOE formation

if is possible for your work reduce feed rate and cutting speed to reduce heat generation on the work pieces

Now I am concidering to reduce feed rate and cutting speed, but in this case machining time will increase.
you should find the optimum value
with higher feed and cutting speed toll failed faster
if you use oil as coolant feed and cutting speed can take higher value and roughness value will be acceptable by the value you want
Normal in this situation you don't need to use coolant. But this soft Aluminum the cheeps are sticking to the PCD cutting edge and damaged the machined surfaces . In this case use solvent coolant to get removal hard cheeps
