The described project consists of pulsating heat pipe and thermosyphon. Thermosyphon works utilizing gravity to bring back the condensate to evaporator. In PHP, oscillations of liquid and vapour slugs lead to heat transfer. But PHP needs tubes of capillary dimensions. If the tube is of capillary dimension, the working of thermosyphon will not be smooth. As Mr. James Garry said, I also doubt the sensitivity of PHP in space.
As you know, channel dimension depends on working fluid characteristics and gravity (Bond Number < 2). If the gravitational influence decrease, the critical diameter should increase (for safety reasons, I would choose same diameter as on earth). Other parameters like thermal performance of PHP are sensitive to gravitational influence, too. (https://www.researchgate.net/publication/257537470)
