For the purpose of some experiments, I would need seabass (Dicentrarchus labrax) striped ovocytes to be mailed (express mail overnight delivery) before performing an in vitro fertilisation. Do you know if this is possible ? If yes, are there specific protocols ? Thanks in advance !

Ofcourse it is possible to ship them,but you need to get quarantine cetficates from your health department .You can use invitrification protocol to ship them.

Hello Imdad Leghari - thanks for your answer. However I'm not sure my question was correctly written since colleagues have told me that unfertilised stripped ovocytes have a short lifetime and should be fertilised within 3-4 hours after stripping. You seem to have a different opinion.
