Some papers quoted that synthesized zinc sulfate nano particles having the solubility of 100%. As per my little knowledge of nano technology, once the particle soluble, it will not sustain its size as in the nano meter range and converted to angstrom range. And so called particle not called as nano particle. So kindly clarify my query?

My concern is how could they be soluble in water (soluble product never posses narrow zeta potential)?
Whether produced zinc sulfate nano particle by above said method will be soluble in water or will be dispersed?
Solubility zinc sulfate (%): 29,4 (0 °C), 37,7 (99 °C). The nanoparticles dissolve better. It is dissociated into ions in water. Ion do not give zeta potential.
in sol - gel method we have suspension of nano particles (1-5) not angstrom
because of small size gravity can not effect on particles and have Brownian motioin
