I have an atomically detailed structure of a cross-linked polymer and I want to study it's relaxation phenomena by molecular dynamics (MD) simulation. There are other types of probing the material like mechanical stress relaxation after shearing or extensional deformation etc., but I have found that people use dielectric relaxation quite extensively for several materials experimentally. I am just wondering if it can be done in MD or not? Suggestions are highly appreciated.
