Is it possible to model ejector pumps with vacuum assistance in GMS-Modflow?

I need to model dewatering of construction site. Top layer has conductivity of about 10E-5 m/s and conductivity of bottom layer is about 10E-8 m/s, so the ejectors will be used. Is there any possibility to model ejectors in Modflow?
