What can we known about a "hidden" phenomenon?

What is the nature of the De Broglie-Bohm pilot wave  (perhaps a longitudinal wave aspect of the electromagnetic potentials)?

Does "hidden variables (that explain deterministically the statistical behaviour of quantum systems), imply that the electromagnetic potentials have no gauge freedom, such that the electromagnetic potentials are determinate potentials (in stead of indeterminate potentials for which we can choose a gauge condition)?

Or in other words, is the incompleteness of QM rooted in the incompleteness of CED? See my paper  http://www.hrpub.org/download/20160930/UJPA4-18407374.pdf
