Dear Amin,

I am sorry but me personally can`t send you any chemicals. I don`t understand why can`t you just order it in eg. Sigma-Aldrich [see here: http://www.sigmaaldrich.com/catalog/product/sigma/03449?lang=en®ion=IR] According to this site it is completly possible according to law to buy it and deliver to Teheran.
