So far I found lots of studies, measuring perceptions etc, they seem to describe the scales , sometimes their a copy of subscales in text but struggling to find any with the actual statements measured, or questions asked
Dear Sarah, I used a kind of social distance measure adapted to typically development preschoolers. Anyway, an interesting paper I suggest you to read is that by THOMAS W. SCHUBERT and SABINE OTTEN (2002) Overlap of Self, Ingroup, and Outgroup: Pictorial Measures of Self-Categorization. I am not sure I understood exactly what you are looking for, but they describe very well a graphical scale of perception of interpersonal relations between two general groups.
