Is it possible to get a artificial dispersive element with 100 ps^2 dispersion ?

To stretch 1 ps duration unchirped optic pulse to 100 times its 100 ps^2 dispersive element is needed. Is it possible to have a tunable one ? Diffraction gratings with telescope lens system usually can provide about 1 ps^2. My be sophisticated scheme exist ?
