I am trying to dissolve a zeolite in order to perform elemental analysis and my only options are digestion using HF without microwave assistance, and fusion with sodium peroxide. I would like to do the analysis be either ICP-MS or FAAS but the machines have regular sample introductory systems.

Be aware that using HF (hydrofluoric acid for anyone who didn't know) will etch and wear out any glass components in your ICP or FAAS, so you will need ceramic torches and spray chambers which may be very expensive, depending on your instrument. Glassware for digests is also incompatible with HF, leaving PTFE or low temperature PP plastic vials as options.
(As to the TEA complex, I don't have any experience in that procedure.)
