We have developed so many software and machines with smart intelligence. Artificial intelligence gives the view of the cognitive analysis and learning phases. After learning the individual cognitive and perception of individual by four sensors of the bodies i.e. Ear, Eyes, Skin, Nose, I think it may be possible to get the point view of others by means of various processing techniques like image processing, natural language processing (Speech), biomedical processing, neurological analysis and cognitive analysis.

The main problem here would be about the difference knowledge / experimentation.
If by "see the other guy's point of view" you mean get information displayed on a computer screen or via reports, the task is as easy as it is to get electrical signal from "the other guy"'s body and apply some algorithms to make it viewable.
But if the word "see" means experimenting the same way the other guy experiments, with it's perception (the world let's say), it is an other question: How would it be possibe to get "world experimentation" from body to electrical signal to body ?

Can we do the textual analysis and then go for the learning?
I can think of a number of approaches, depending upon what is meant by “let us see” and “the other guy”
1. You might have an AI system analyze human number 1 and then have that AI system explain to human number 2 what human number 1’s point of view is. In other words, the machine would act as a psychotherapist.
2. You might have an AI system analyze the interaction between two humans and then have that AI system explain the viewpoints of those two humans and their interactions. In other words, the machine might perform an analysis similar to that of a mediator.
3. You might use an AI system as an analog for a human and then either an AI system and/or human analyze the AI system to learn something about a human’s point of view.
4. You might have two AI systems interact, and use an analysis of that interaction to learn something about human to human interactions and perceptions.
Another issue: what is at the heart of understanding someone else’s point of view? A point of view is commonly constructed from experience and it may be difficult or impossible to determine the source and construction of a particular point of view. Such a difficulty may place constraints on our ability to understand viewpoints.

Is it possible to get the information about the "Grandmother Model"?
More recently scientists found “face patches”, clusters of neurons that respond almost exclusively to faces, but how recognition was achieved had remained a “black box” process. In the absence of proof otherwise, the grandmother model continued to appeal because it tallied with the subjective “ping” of recognition we experience on seeing a familiar face.
Thanks Dear Dibakar for the valuable answer. Sixth sense is sense. There must be sensor in the brain. Can we produce model of "Sixth Sense" as we had "Grandmother Model".
