As well as Calcium and Phosphorus? How can I get the metabolizable energy in NIR.

Ash content could be determined indirectly by determining organic matter content and obtaining total ash as 100 - Nirs predicted organic matter.
In my understanding, calcium and phosphorus will no be possible to determine via NIRS as this technique is not able to interact with these elements unless they have an organic component, which would not be the case of all Ca and P in your samples

I was sent some ingredients to evonik degussa Co. They gave me results which included ash, ca, p as well as amino acids and AME by using NIR.
I attached the report, it may help you to figure out what NIR can measure.
Without prejudice to the company and its analysis, P determination by NIR is not easy. To date, we are not certain of our calibrations and hence the results of NIR determinations of P.
