I am working on my research right now and it will comprise 2 surveys. At the 1st survey I will measure the repliers some behavioral types, and in the 2nd survey I am thinking of reading them a scenario based on the future organisational changes that may affect their job positions, and after this scenario I will assess their behavioral changes. Then I will compare the results and it will be my thesis. What should I take into consideration when it comes to a survey based on a made-up scenario? What should I pay attention when writing that scenario in order not to affect the attendants in positive or negative way?
