An alternative may be "Communicative Game-based learning in an EFL context: Students' and lecturers' perceptions."
It sounds off. Let me add another suggestion for you:
"Communicating in Context: Exploring Game-Based, Tertiary Perceptions of EFL Students and Lecturers"
I find that the word communication is the one that creates the confusion. Does it belong the game (interactive games you mean?) or it belongs to learning means learning how to communicate.
