Is it necessary to divide optimal features derived from optimization algorithm into training, testing and validation to produce hybridized model?

Already, the main dataset have has undergone training, testing and validation with optimization algorithm. To produce an hybridized model, can I still divide the optimal features into training, testing and validation.
