Is ferroelectric signature possible in cubic structured samples? If yes, then utpto what extent and if no, then reason other than centrosymmetry??

I have cubic structured material and did its P-E measurement, i observed loop in it though lesser in extent and higher leakage but their is signature?? Seeking proper guidance
