Is everyone repentant for their unethical acts upon death? Why? How? My answer: Yes because all people(beyond a reasonable doubt) who are about to die are meet with a psychedelic mental episode that causes them to repent for any of their unethical actions.

Interesting question. Based on some of my experiences doing hospice care, repenting of unethical acts varies depending upon religious beliefs and personality. Someone who is Catholic, for example, probably believes in an afterlife that is available if you have lived a good life and will confess what they consider to be their sins or unethical acts. A person who is a true narcissists might have trouble admitting he or she did anything wrong. That would be an interesting study if it hasn't been done yet!
Unlikely scenario based on assumptions that everyone would experience a "psychedelic episode" prior to death, be religious enough to "repent", and share the same ethics. Obviously , there are many different cultures with variable ethical standards.
No, not everyone repents prior to their death. For some, death is totally unexpected and may come during the commission of an unethical act (consider an active shooter police are forced to kill) or death comes during an accident or fatal heart attack/stroke. For others, death may follow Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia where memory of past flaws may be absent or there is an inability to repent. Hospice chaplains encounter individuals who want nothing to do with religion or God expressed in whichever religion and thus there is no repentance. Finally, as Madelaine (above) shared, there may be other psycho-social reasons for not repenting.
I consider the Bible to be a source of metaphors, survival heuristics, and a possibility of partially being epistemologically literally true.
God forgives us for our wrong doings over and over again, provided that we are truly sorry.
And He understands when we really repent and understands mental illness and thinking disorders.
Remember how one of the other two criminals was forgiven his wrongdoing while he was dying on the cross at the same time as Jesus was being crucified. He said:
