Yes it is, because evaluation facilitates to assess the extent of learning. It helps the trainer as well as the learner to Know that whether the later has developed the skills correctly or not. No training can be complete without evaluation.

Thanks a lot for your elegant replies. I agree with you. Evaluation can be used to improve teaching methods (References: Dickson Adom , Aparna Sathya Murthy , Upinder Dhar , Ali Alhayany , Aamal Ghazi Mahdi Al-Saadi ) and give students feedback about what they know (Reference: Brenda Jacono).

Evaluation is a very healthy direction for human being as he remain his own master for carrying out his problem ,mistake or omission in an very impartial manner which may have his necessary guideline for his further action .
If we consider in said line , it is certainly a reaction of training .
