The world is becoming a global village, but may be the cultural divide is negatively influenced - widening rather than narrowing The question is complex. In the context of education do we forsee a solution - such that there is better synergy and growth in terms of Safety, Health and Environment?

there is a close interaction between ethics and language: put simply , the language is the ability to refer to things by name, then at a bit higher level the ability to express relationship betweens concepts, a further level would involve provoking thoughts. Ethics is the code of conduct, making use of our GOD-given faculty to discern between right and falsehood, which is the core of consciousness. A person endowed with good ethics will impress by decent utterance, a balanced mind, his environment will be safe from his tongue and his hand as his heart doesn´t harbor any harm or grudge toward any one, consequently people will feel inclined to seek his company. He will always be swayed by truth, as if it were his lost item, his speech will be straight to the point and his logic compelling; therefore random talk is far from him and his jests are rare, because whenever he laughs, he laughs with people and not at people. As a result of his balanced mind, his smile is ready and his expression succinct. This mind-set is not tied to any particular culture, it is just a noble cultivation of our GOD-given faculty (Thanks to GOD!) to distinguish between right and falsehood as well an enrichment of our consciousness, which in turn reflects in a refined language and attitude. The Pulaar-Fulfulde Project, naturally addresses this core issue, more (specifically on how an educational system can make this spiritual richness more performing, accessible and shared) in a short while.

At the root is character, or values (the noun of ethics - that need be practiced). Please do correct me if in case it deserves.
Academically, character is also defined as a combination of unusual (interesting or unique) qualities a person possesses, which a person deploys say in a difficult situation
Values is "the beliefs people have about what is right and wrong and what is most important in life, which control their behaviour"
Ethics is "a system of accepted beliefs which control behaviour, especially such a system based on morals".
So arguably, if we put a child in the right (controlled) system as in Primary Education, (where the right values are built (to know what is right and wrong (ethics) and what is most important in life (objective setting and realisation), the job will be well done, because it would have set up a course for right character, on which his/her education can be founded (qualities a person possesses, which a person deploys say in a Challenging situation in job or even research at tertiary education).,
