In Fiji it does not appear to play much of a role, or it is not made an issue in public discussions on health related matter. Also many doctors migrate to countries such as the USA, maybe they miss 'burn-out'
Today, it‟s estimated that around 3% to 7% of the employed population across the world are suffering from Job burnout , Gorji, (2011)
One of my studies, which is not published yet showed 20 percent of the high potential and more or less 50 percent of the employees, (Rahaman, et, al.)and
another published paper with 90 female bank employees (Rahaman et, al., 2018) revealed that 56% of female employees reported little or no burnout, 32% women were at risk of burnout and rest of the 12% fall into severe burnout .
