i have problem in preparation of liver tissue with bad cell organelles and how i can adjust osmolarity

Diluting your NP depends on your starting concentration. In general, you would want your nanoparticles to spread as a layer and not piles on the stub. I prefer diluting with nanopure water as it does not leave any ppt when it evaporates. Be careful not to use a solvent that affect the integrity if you nanoformulation

Dilution is used in that case when your particles are agglomerated so dilution will help to disperse the nano particle and u can make a film on a substrate and u will get better information.
