Control the fee structure in corporate colleges. Bring a regulation or an act to fix the standard fee in all corporate colleges. Empower the government colleges with quality teachers and state of the art facilities. Increase the number of colleges and also do recruitment on regular basis. Coming to hospitals, empower the government hospitals with the all facilities and bring an act that every doctor has to work in govt. hospitals for at least five years.

Generally speaking those whom practice medicine don't do so to get rich. They do it because they love medical science, and or want to be of service to humanity. Those Md's whom maintain the mindset of profit over service, and practice this type of medicine should have their licences revoked and brought up on charges of crimes against humanity.
