Control the fee structure in corporate colleges. Bring a regulation or an act to fix the standard fee in all corporate colleges. Empower the government colleges with quality teachers and state of the art facilities. Increase the number of colleges and also do recruitment on regular basis. Coming to hospitals, empower the government hospitals with the all facilities and bring an act that every doctor has to work in govt. hospitals for at least five years.
Every thing comes down to the people involved. The process of early warning detection and red flags in the vetting process are too often overlooked. Unfortunately we live in a pay for play society, which in the field of medicine is a major-collective mistake when allowed. The notion of capitol greed should never be allowed; and any medical practitioner who participates in "pocket lining" and is discovered, should be penalized harshly under all circumstances. Generally speaking those whom practice medicine don't do so to get rich. They do it because they love medical science, and or want to be of service to humanity. There are not enough regulatory standards in place to take capitalism out of medicine. Yes , money is required, but a Dr's paycheck should not be a deciding factor when it comes to working on a person whom is suffering from a illness he or she has sworn to serve over a new car. Those Md's whom maintain the mindset of profit over service, and practice this type of medicine should have their licences revoked and brought up on charges of crimes against humanity.
