Answers to the question "Nanoparticle size distribution analysis software for TEM micrographs?" by A. Buonerba show that many if us have a favorite software to measure NP size from TEM images.
Is anyone interested to set up a round-robin for such programs? Once a set TEM images is agreed upon and shared, each participant runs her/his favorite software and puts the results in a common "basket" for comparison. I think that we could learn a lot. Perhaps, this could lead to scientific paper.
I would be interested in such a round robin. I am often asked to provide particle size distributions and having some accepted protocol would be very useful.
I am also interested as I started using Pebble after using ImageJ for some time though I am not expert in any of them. I am interested to participate.
