There have been several shock waves of M&A activities running through the PE- and PP-industries since the 1980s. Some of the pioneers simple have disappeared. Others, closer to the oil well, have emerged and even dominate the scene. I would like to follow up on these historical and technological changes and would be grateful if you could help me to answer one or the other of the following questions:
1. Who are the actual producers of PE and PP plastic raw materials ?
2. Who is producing (rubber-like) polyolefin elastomers (EPR) ?
3. Who is using (single-site) metallocene catalysis to produce EPR ?
4. Who does produce atactic (amorphous) polypropylene (APP)
5. Who produces amorphous poly-α-olefins ?
6. Who produces E/n-Butylacrylate, EAA or EEA ?
7. Who produces actually SBS and/ SIS block copolymers ?

1. PP and PE are produced in Polymer Plants which is set up in the down stream of refineries/Caracker. Major Producers are Lyondo Basell, SABIC, Reliance Industries Ltd, Borealis etc
2. EPR is also been produced by the same Plants mentioned above
3. No idea. Normally atactic polymer is of low quality and it is a gel like material
4. Amprphous poly-α-olefins are produced using copolymerization
5,6 Not having much idea about who is major producer
