I am looking for thermoproperties such as heat capacity and thermo-conductivity of fatty acid methyl esters and/or biodiesels. Can you please advise? Thanks and regards
The answer for this thermoproperties depends on the type of material used as of is POME, Jatropha, Moringa Oleifera, Sugar cane or what, because each of these materials has its own properties
I think you should get this information in the (very interesting) Biodiesel handbook (http://www.amazon.com/The-Biodiesel-Handbook-Second-Edition/dp/1893997626)
This recent paper is a good one for Cp, but I still cannot find one for thermoconductivity. http://ac.els-cdn.com/S0016236114006887/1-s2.0-S0016236114006887-main.pdf?_tid=30a79f2a-493e-11e4-b7c3-00000aacb35f&acdnat=1412149398_cfde476f3e091e436c1eca4da8ad7b86
at room temperature. See also the results of modelling and more detail in

You can use correlations to estimate any thermo physical properties of FAMEs, provided you know the FAME composition of biodieel. FAME composition can be evaluated from GC (using Db 23 column, DB wax).
Sastri;s correlations is another paper. check papers from the author.
Refer the following book to evalaute the properties of FAME.
"The properties of gases and liquids- RC Reid, JM Prausnitz, BE Poling
Using composition and knowing the molecular structure of individual fatty acid methyl ester you can predict any property. Different methods/correlations, refer to the above papers for the concept. you can surely predict for thermal conductivity and heat capacity.
