I hope I have understood your question regarding our experience I think the technique of ALPPS should be used in the following situations:
1) intraoperative evaluation does not coincide with the preoperative staging.
I am convinced that the mortality and morbidity are too high intakes to indicate ALPPS as a routine technique.
I should note that in case the PVE is not effective you would think to associate the embolization the hepatic vein
Dear Tulio, my question was not about ALPPS indication.
It was if in the intraoperatory, as portal vein embolization has to be performed, you are doing this PVE with Histoacryl.
