Is anyone competent in the Cree (Northern American native) language?

We want to apply for funding (from Canadian government sources) to study the relationship between Homeric Age Greek language and Northern American native languages, primarily Cree, for which several dictionaries have now been compiled.

We need some "experts" in Cree language and grammar.

There is no guarantee we will be successful in getting funds.
