Violence prevention and restraining patient is one of the management area but restraining has an issue of ethics , human rights and law..Aggression prevention need lots of communication protocols ,gestures etc .Environment,process of work doing by health professionals sometime creates aggression .Human resources must be expert to prevent aggression.
