Great Contributions, I am as well looking for reputable but cheap Journals indexed in SCOPUS/THOMSON REUTERS and SCI in the field of Civil Engineering.

These journals are very quick and charging very few amount for publication

IAEME publication have two scopus indexed journals:

1. International Journal of Civil Engineering and Technology

2. International Journal of Mechanical Engineering and Technology

Honestly speaking, there is no process to get your publication within short period of time if it is really a good journal and free from publication fees. Really, a good publication is nothing but it is a matter of patience with good quality....

Please submit your paper in SCI/SSCI/SCIE journal for higher credential. In today's scenario there is NO value of paid journal in academics.

Actually, Fast means minimum 2 months. Some journals are also taking more than a year for publication.

Looking good Journals that publish fast could discourage you.To meet your target, just keep writing and submitting to different Journals. With the little experience I have, I can say there is no place for 'fast food' in academics.
