The purpose of this study is to examine the link between the academic environment and the professional experience of the nursing faculty of color. Your participation in the survey will contribute to a better understanding of the importance of nursing faculty of color in diversifying the nursing workforce and the effects of race and ethnicity in the lives of nursing faculty of color. We estimate that it will take about 16 minutes of your time to complete the questionnaire. You are free to contact the investigator at the above address and phone number to discuss the survey. Risks to participants are considered minimal. However, if you do feel discomfort, you are encouraged to reach out to your primary care provider.
