Dear Colleagues, I wish to congratulate for the initiative and express my interest in keeping up to date and collaborating on this theme. That's interesting, bio based products are sustainable and their antimicrobial properties may enhance the shelf life of products food products too... However, further research is needed on specific products, such as wood material..

Thanks for the suggestion. I have also worked on development of bioplastics and biodegradable films for food packaging application. I am also highly interested.
