Managing emotions is fundamental to decision-making. The mapping of world leaders' quirks is part of the intelligence operations. History has shown how these idiosyncrasies have been tapped and conditions created to provoke them and compel them to act despite grave reservations on the part of the establishment.
As the world looks at the OODA loop's shortening based on data harnessing, the first two elements of the OODA Loop - orientation and observation- will be tested.
