Hi! you could look for the spradley analysis or the analysis of soft tissue of Arnett. There are many parameters you can use to assess the patient profile and nose prominence.
Draw a perpendicular from the frankfurt horizontal tangent to the vermilion border of upper lip and measure the distance bt nose tip and the perpendicular
