Since the confidence interval for the indirect effect of X on Y via variable M is [-0.0109, 0.2331] and it spans both negative and positive values, zero is included in the confidence interval. This means that there is no statistically significant evidence that the indirect effect is greater than or less than zero at the conventional level of significance (i.e., p < .05).
