I came across a big problem when searching for documents about foreign policy goals of India. Indian official websites are full of reports which cover information about what was done (annual reports published each year and India foreign relations - last one from 2013) but none about what India is striving for.
Could anyone suggest some documents which manifest what India is planning to do on international arena and how perceives the international system?

Hi Lucyna - your question is a good one because the Indian government is not great at actually explaining what its policies are. In particular it rarely publishes white papers and its websties are a mixture of old and clunky/anodyne and boring/totally absent. Instead, one needs to piece together this sort of thing from speeches (including in parliament) and media releases. Or by reading secondary literature. There is a lot of that around, but I reckon perhaps your first stop should be the Oxford Handbook of Indian Foreign Policy (https://global.oup.com/academic/product/the-oxford-handbook-of-indian-foreign-policy-9780198743538?cc=au&lang=en&). It is fairly new (2015), all three editors are are top-notch scholars, and it is pretty big, so covers a lot of ground. But it is expensive, so get it from a library.
