Hi Afrasa, what do you mean with increas doses of radiation? Solar radiation or UV radiation or you mean treating the perovskite with X-ray or swift heavy ions for instance?

gamma ray doses. As I started with small doses that effect on solar cells , all PCE,Voc, Isc and FF will decrease but after number of doses, FF increased?

From my knowledge higher gamma ray doses should just correspond to higher perovskite damage and hence lower FF.

While in case of ions irradiation it is possiblwe to anneal lattice defect and so potentially have an increase of FF as for example it is reported her: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-024-44876-1
