Dear Mahnaz,
The saprobic value is a value that is assigned to each species according to its oxygen sensitivity. The most extensive list that is collated is to my knowledge in the book:

Based on the saprobic value for each species and its abundance in your sample, you may calculate the saprobic value for your sample.

Also it is possible use Asterics data set. It contains saprobic values for more number of invertebrate from different part of Europe in edition to those from Sladecek work.
