Hello everyone
I am using ArcSWAT 2012, I have observed that while delineating watershed the threshold area limit is varying from 0-0 also the suggested value is 1.33890848765432E-06 which is very less.
Although the stream is being generated first but at later stages there occurs always some error (either object reference not set or during creating SWAT input tables).
I wanted to know does this threshold area issue will create any problem in working of model (as I have never seen this while using SWAT mode).

What is the watershed area of your basin?
I think you are using corrupted DEM. or small area of DEM
use different product of DEM
It might be that the DEM is low resolution and maynot be including the potential ridge line of the watershed. It could also be corrupted as Leelambar mentions. If the threshold value is 0-0 or lower, it might be that the DEM has issues. It is better to check he current DEM or use another high resolution DEM.

Yes it was the problem of DEM. Maybe the file was corrupted. It is working fine now and watershed has been delineated.
Miyuru Bandara Gunathilake the area of the watershed is approx. 8000 sq. Km.

can you tell me what is the product of DEM that you used ?
Fakhr eddine Mecheri , I used LandSAT level 2 images. I downloaded the file again and second time it worked fine.
Maybe initially the file wasn't extracted properly.
I think you were used a DEM had low spatial resolution for that the threshold was 0-0.
