Without mother liquor it becomes dry and it seems to be different in colour. When it's dry we feel if it is red in mother liquor and in dry that is in without mother liquor condition there is some white colour adsorbed with the crystal and I can't feel the crystal. Why? What is the reason?
Maybe the crystals loose solvent and decompose once you take them out of solution, try dropping some of the solution into Paratone oil then look to see if you have crystals under the microscope.

in some case crystal losses its stability outside the mother liquor, so you can also check it by passing a torch light it shines like dimonds
When the mother liquor dries completely, I noted 4 things that could happen:
1) The crystals dull (lose their shine) - This happens because solvent molecules were in the actual crystal lattice. When dried, the solvent molecules leave the lattice, causing the crystal to deform.
2) The crystals remain intact and shiny - There was no solvent in the lattice and the compound was stable enough at STP to remain in crystal form.
3) The crystals change colour and deform - This is because the compound is unstable at STP and decomposes.
4) Precipitate grows on and around the crystal surface - Happens when mother liquor evaporates too quickly.
As Melanie suggested, drop crystals from the mother liquor (before it dries) into paratone oil to prevent the loss of solvent from the lattice. The oil will not affect your XRD result.
