Firstly, casting speed of parts depend from casting method (in sand form, lost foam etc.)

In case with sand form method, casting speed is limited by two general parameters:

Speed must be no so fast because form may be destroy by metal flow.

Speed must be no so slow because metal may be crystallized early .

In practice, we fill the casting weight of 10-20 kg at a rate of 1-2 kg / s.

Fill lasts from 6 to 12
