I am working on the aspen adsorption to model air seperation unit for the Nitrogen production.

The problem is that adsorption bed does not seperate the air and give product flow without pure Nitrogen.

To count mass transfer co-efficients and isotherm parameters, I have used literature data as well as I have estimated them from the aspen ads. estimation tool.

What are the factors that can effect the adsorption phenomena and how they shoul be so that I can have some level of pure Nitrogen at the end of the adsorption.
